SC-Religion in the Civil War - January 3 through 31, South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum, 301 Gervais Street, Columbia SC. Religion played a critical role with both soldiers and civilians during the Civil War. Items belonging to chaplains and wartime religious texts, including a Bible struck by a bullet, will be on exhibit. Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus first Sunday of each month from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Directions: Several blocks west of the State Capitol on Gervais Street.
